The Ridler Award...Whose name was added for 2010?

The Detroit Autorama Show that is held in the Motor City the end of February or beginning of March, home of the automotive industry, is the prestigious show that gives honor for an elite built hot rod by bestowing their name on the Ridler trophy. The show is held in Cobo Center and has two levels of vehicles to feast your eyes on for the weekend. In the beginning the award was given to the Best-Vehicle first-time shown. Through the years changes were made to conform to new technology, ideas, and concepts. Currently the award emphasizes creativity, engineering, and workmanship.
