If you’re into the racing world and performance market, the last name Hrudka should ring a bell. Brothers Joe and Tom Hrudka founded the Mr. Gasket Company back in 1965, and built it into a performance parts powerhouse. Traci Hrudka, daughter of Tom has a passion for drag racing. Traci began working for Mr. Gasket in 1982 as a computer operator truly cutting her teeth in the family business as a youngster by picking parts off the shelf for shipping to customers. She quickly raced herself up the corporate ladder at Mr. Gasket becoming Sales & Marketing Manager overseeing the customer service department. She was in charge of overseeing the customer’s racing contracts, pricing and co-op advertising. In 1993 she was presented the “Person of the Year” award from the Performance Warehouse Association.
