Jeanne's '33 Zoom, her Dream to Reality

Jeanne decided a G.M. 350 c.i. crate motor pumping out 383 h.p. would be enough to scoot the little coupe down the highway.  The little mouse motor is topped off with polished dual quad Edelbrock carburetors with custom designed and painted air cleaner and valve covers. The spent gasses are exited through a set of HPC coated headers from Street & Performance and continue through custom polished mufflers and exhaust system. Putting power to the back wheels comes from a reworked Turbo 350 assembled by Wayne Transmission out of Belleville, Illinois. This little coupe also sports a custom made aluminum 14.6 gallon gas tank which was fabricated by Tolle Road Customs.

Peeking into the coupe’s interior, you’re greeted with a custom dash that wraps into the doors and is outfitted with Dakota digital gauges accented with polished aluminum bezels. The dash is finished out with a Billet Specialties polished steering column and GTX series wheel. Bruce Haege Upholstery from Belleville, Illinois is responsible for the very eye appealing taupe leather interior, where he covered everything and anything that didn’t move, including the floor, seats and door panels. Other cool features include a coordinating suede head liner and stainless accented medallions with polished custom aluminum arm rest. Look a little further and you’ll find a painted waterfall between the seats, a hidden remote sound system with a JVC head unit and JVC 12 disc CD changer, while Pioneer speakers spit out the awesome tunes.
