The engine is dressed up with Billet Specialties valve covers, and a trick air cleaner from March with so much polished bright work under the hood you need your sunglasses to protect your eyes. This potent small block was dropped into an '87 Chevy S-10 frame that was boxed and beefed up by the people at Way Cool Rod Shop. A '79 Chevy 12 bolt posi trac rear end was added out back while up front a pair of dropped spindles and springs gives this pickup a cool stance. A Chevy 700R4 tranny with an ATI 2500 rpm torque converter puts all the power to the rear wheels.
Speaking of wheels, Jessica picked out a big set of hoops from Billet Specialties in the Legends Series called the "Dagger" to really give the hauler that killer look, 18" x 8" up front and 20" x 12" out back all covered with Mickey Thompson skins. Last but not least is a set of big brakes from Aerospace Components in all four corners which provide ample supply of stopping power whenever needed.
