The outside body of the wagon was in good shape, so all of their concentration and hard work went to the interior of the vehicle. New glass was installed in the side and back windows which was done by her husband, Vince and good friend, Cornell Woosley. Pat Roy of LaGrange KY was the man responsible for the inside wood window frames for the side and back windows. Vince sanded all the wood window frames while Cornell painted them turquoise and made them look like metal. Cornell also painted the dash and wood grain steering wheel for Betty. Kim Constance also from LaGrange was in charge of all the interior upholstery work on the Airliner Reclining seats, door panels, and floor. They chose Turquoise and white leather for the seats and door panels.
