  • Here's a group of hot rodders that just want to have fun. They are definitely doing the fun part. These gals belong to the Gasoline Girls Car Club. If you are living in the Southern Cal area look up the club and join them. They want to share knowledge, help out others, and like I said before have fun!

  • Our trip to LA and the Grand National Roadster show was an absolute blast thanks to our very good friends Scott and BJ Killeen! This is only our second time to LA. Scott was able to show us around the town again just like last year. Both of them asked us what we wanted to see, since this is only our second time we had no clue. For starters Scott took us all over the town telling us about the history of the town, which was great fun and very interesting.

The big surprise they had for us was on Thursday when he and BJ had things set up to attend the Petersen Museum. This wasn't just any visit, the museum had a Ford presentation going on that was by invite only. Ford was donating to Petersen Automotive Museum one of the two Focus Electric prototypes used on "The Jay Leno Show" during a celebrity driving segment called Green Car Challenge. Jay was there to give the keys to the museum curators. This was something that will be forever in our minds as an unforgetable special moment. Thanks Scott and BJ, and yes we owe you big time...

  • Jay Leno was at the Petersen Museum to give the keys to the museum curator. To read more about the Green Challenge of Jay Leno read the following article from Ford. Ford Donates the electric Ford Focus to the Petersen Museum.

  • (50 - 52) The museum had a simulation of the xmas tree for drag racing and you could try your hand at running the lights. Of course as competitive as all three of us are we each had to see if we could beat the other one. Guess who was the winner? Yes, you're right the most competitive of us all, Scott! Congrats ole buddy, once again you showed us how to do it the best way. What a great time we had this year going to LA, attending the GNRS show, and visiting with our good firends Scott and BJ!

  • This as you all probably know is LA at night. Scott had us out and was telling us about the history of the town back in the horse and carriage, wagon train days, and so on forth. We were both so amazed at relearning our American History about the West.
