What a Toad of Fun...
The E'ville Iron club has put on the Frog Follies for 39 years. It is through this club along with the City of Evansville that they have welcomed all hot rodders or visitors to the show. The club and the city is fully acknowledge that none of this would be possible without the support from the fantastic rides that our brought to the show along with the spectators. Without all of you they would not be able to support all the worthy charities that they have done so throughout the years. What an awesome country to live in to afford us the freedom to support our personal causes, fly our American Flag, go to a place of worship, fullfill our dreams by building cars and coming to a great show put on by the E'ville Iron.
Those that have attended the show know what they are in store for the end of August. Of course it is expected to have hot weather. The Follies wouldn't be the Follies without hot weather, though if you have never attended what you don't know there is a plenty of shade. They have various games, dances, swap meet, Saturday evening meal and other activities. It takes a lot of work not just that weekend but throughout the year to plan and put on this show. The club members get support from many of the family members of the club members. It doesn't take long for anybody to see how well the club members and their family work together to make the show successful. To date the E'ville Iron along with all you show supporters throughout the years has donated over a MILLION DOLLARS to Easter Seal since 1984! We have been attending the Frog Follies since 1990 and seen first hand all the hard work that the members and member's family puts into the Frog Follies weekend to make it a success. They even do it everyday with a smile on their faces. We here at LIA Magazine applaud the E'ville Club and family members for all their hard work!
